By accessing or using the websites at vanguardialaw.com and intake.vanguardialaw.com (collectively, the "Sites"), including our AI-assisted case review system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Sites.

2. Description of Services

Lopez Law Group PLLC, doing business as Vanguardia Law ("we," "us," or "our"), provides legal services in the areas of personal injury law. Our Sites include an AI-assisted case review system that helps collect preliminary information about potential legal matters.

Important: Use of the AI-assisted case review system does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when you sign a written engagement agreement with Lopez Law Group PLLC.

3. No Legal Advice

The information provided on our Sites, including responses from the AI-assisted case review system, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on information from our Sites without seeking professional legal counsel.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: Lopez Law Group Case Communications

Description: When you opt in through our intake system, you may receive SMS/text messages from Lopez Law Group PLLC related to your case inquiry, including case status updates, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your case needs. You may receive approximately 1–10 messages per case inquiry.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any associated costs.

Opt-In: By checking the SMS consent checkbox during our intake process, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Lopez Law Group PLLC at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving legal services.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from our program.

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Sites and services, you agree to:

9. Confidentiality

Information submitted through our AI-assisted case review system is treated as confidential prospective client information in accordance with applicable rules of professional conduct. However, an attorney-client relationship is not established until a written engagement agreement is signed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our Sites. Your continued use of our Sites after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
